Thanks for choosing Queen's Car. This page gives you information
concerning your rental, all available insurance and is designed to help
you enjoy your trip to the fullest. The information included here is only
a summary of Queen's Car conditions and can be modified from time to
time.
Advance booking time on
the internet
Bookings on the internet should be made at least 48 hours before
the beginning of the rental.
Age and driving license
requirements
Driver must be over 23 years old with a minimum
of two-years driving experience.
Accepted method of payment
A major credit card is mandatory as a guaranteed deposit.
Cash deposit is only accepted by rental of groups A, B, C or D
Currency
Any payment made in other convertible currencies is computed according
to current
Queen's Car exchange rates.
All rates are in US Dollars based on a rate exchange of 1510 LBP for 1
USD.
Documents to present when
picking up the car
Thank you to present the following documents when you pick-up the car:
Identity card or passport
Driving license,
Your means of payment.
Queen's Car Optional
Services
1. A bilingual Uniformed Driver for: USD 30 per day.
2. A mobile phone for: USD 15 per day (Local calls).
Queen's Car Extra Charges
Mechanical Fee
A mechanic fee for all rentals at: USD 1 per day.
Car delivery and collection
in Lebanon
Free of charge during working hours in Metropolitan Beirut area, otherwise
USD15 is charged.
One way fee when a car is picked up in a city and returned in another,
a one way fee charge will be applied equivalent to USD 25. Airport Surcharge
An extra fee is charged for every rental in an airport. Airport Surcharge
is 10 USD per rental.
Gas
Gas: Gas is not included. The car must be filled up before return
otherwise a full tank will be charged.
VAT
10% VAT will be added on the total amount of the invoice
Additional Driver charge
the drivers mentioned in the contract are the only persons allowed to
drive the Queen's Car vehicle. Customers should notify the Queen's Car location of the extra driver when collecting their vehicle. An extra
charge per rental will apply.
Young Drivers
a young driver fee will be applied for each young driver under the age
of 23.
Cost 15USD per rental.
Special Services
Extra car equipment
when reserving your vehicle, please inform us of which extra equipment
you would like. For your comfort and security, Queen's Car may provide,
at an extra charge,
child safety seats, winter equipment or snow chains.
Driver services
Uniformed & Bilingual drivers are available for USD35 per day.
